Cuba Libre


  • Madagascan Cola
  • Fresh ice
  • Two large wedges of lime
  • Golden Rum of your choice


Fill a highball glass with ice to the top. Squeeze two wedges of lime into the glass before dropping into the glass. Pour in 50ml of golden rum (we love Havana Club Especial). Add Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola, from a fresh bottle. Stir and enjoy!

Bourbon and Cola


  • Madagascan Cola
  • 50ml of your favourite Bourbon
  • Wedge of Lime
  • Plenty of ice


Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice. Pour in 50ml of quality Bourbon and add Madagascan Cola to taste. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
