Mediterranean Tonic Water
By blending the essential oils from the flowers, fruits and herbs that we have gathered from around the Mediterranean shores with the quinine of the highest quality from the fever trees of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, we have created a delicious, delicate, floral tonic water. Created to accompany the finest vodkas or to enjoy as a sophisticated soft drink.
Ways to enjoy
Whilst our 200ml bottles (available in packs of four bottles) and 150ml cans (available in packs of eight) are the perfect size for a single serve, our 500ml bottles are great for enjoying a few drinks with friends.

- Pure and crystal clear.
- A subtle aroma of thyme, with fresh citrus and hints of rosemary.
- This is a completely new taste for the sophisticated vodka drinker. With a soft bitterness of pure quinine and a round elegant taste of herbs and citrus.
- This highly carbonated tonic water has small, perfectly carbonated bubbles which makes the taste very smooth and supports the fuller mouth feel of great vodkas at the same time.

Quinine is the key ingredient, and the essential bitterness, in tonic water. The brand name Fever-Tree was chosen as it is the colloquial name for the cinchona tree, the bark of which produces quinine. After much research, a specific type of fever tree plantation (known as Cinchona ledgeriana) located on the Rwanda/Congo border, was found to be producing the purest quinine in the world. For Charles and Tim, there was no other option but to source Fever-Tree's quinine from this plantation - the only drinks company to be doing so. Read more about Tim's trip out to the Congo in the 'Latest' section.

Lemon Thyme and Rosemary
We were determined to keep pushing the boundaries for the benefit of our consumers. Our Mediterranean Tonic includes many essential oils of citruses and herbs gathered from around the shores of the Mediterranean. Lemon Thyme and Rosemary are two of the ingredients from Provence which provide the tonic with its uniquely floral aroma, boosting the subtle aromas of great vodkas and lighter gins.

Unlike most mixers and soft drinks on the market today which contain saccharine or aspartame, our products contain no artificial sweeteners. In our regular products we use cane sugar and in our Refreshingly Light products we use fruit sugar. These naturally sourced sweeteners create a fuller mouth-feel with none of the cloying aftertastes associated with cheaper, artificial alternatives.

Soft Spring Water
We use the very best quality spring water from a source in rural Staffordshire. With a low mineral content, this water is very soft, thus ensuring that our drinks are subtle in their taste and clean in their finish. High carbonation is a vital component of any mixed drink which is why we carbonate our products to an exceptionally high level. By using small, perfectly formed bubbles, we have been able to create an incredibly smooth finish to our drinks.
